At Magellan Performance, we go beyond just physical drills. We combine elite technical training with evidence-based mental performance coaching. Our holistic model helps athletes build skill, confidence, and resilience; giving them tools to succeed on and off the field.

We work with athletes from elementary school through college. Whether you’re new to the game or preparing for the next level, we meet you where you are and help you grow intentionally.

Sessions are tailored to the athlete’s goals but always include:

  • Energy, passion, intent, clarity, and presence.
  • Technical/tactical soccer work (ex: footwork, finishing, spatial awareness)

  • Mental skills coaching (ex: focus, self-talk, confidence under pressure)

  • Physical readiness (ex; coordination, injury prevention, conditioning cues)

Every session is built to strengthen both mind and body for the game.

We integrate strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help athletes:

  • Reframe negative thoughts

  • Build confidence through skill mastery

  • Develop self-awareness and emotional regulation

  • Set goals and respond to setbacks with resilience

Everything is grounded in age-appropriate, evidence-based practice.

Yes! We offer both:

  • 1-on-1 sessions for highly individualized focus

  • Small group training (2–6 athletes) for competitive peer engagement

We also design team workshops and seasonal programs based on demand.

We operate across select training fields and facilities. Locations are shared during the consultation and depend on your area and scheduling preferences.

No. This is mental skills training designed to enhance athletic performance. It’s not a replacement for therapy.

Cancellations within 4 hours are charged 50%. Rescheduling is available.

Prices vary – multi session packages are discounted and available. Please reach out for more info on packages/deals.

Yes! We encourage it! Family and Friends can respectfully observe the trainings from a distance unless otherwise discussed.
