1 on 1 Technical Training

Speed Strength & Agility

Speed, strength, and agility are crucial physical attributes for athletes, as they enhance performance in sprinting, changing direction, and maintaining power throughout the game.

Ball Mastery & Manipulation

Training will be based on positional play. Depending on your desired position on the pitch, your movements, ball work, tactics, and cues will differ on different areas of the pitch. This will improve your in game battles and grow your knowledge of your position(s)

Grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person Centered Therapy (PCT) principles, these sessions focus on mindset, emotional regulation, goal setting, and resilience. Practiced by a licensed mental health professional, real tools are used so that athletes can apply immediately on and off the field. No gimmicks. Just proven frameworks that translate to better performance and healthier athletes.These session are tailored to the athlete's age, level, goals, and needs.
